Payment:  WhereSheGoes accepts e-transfer, cash with in-person pickup, and credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 3.5% additional fee.

Shipping:  WhereSheGoes is located in South Central Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

* We are available by appointment to shop in person in our residential setting. Just send us a message and we will reply within 48 hours. 

* Orders may be picked up to save shipping charges.  Once the order is processed, we will contact you with the pickup address.

* If you would like to have your purchase shipped, please contact us for shipping costs before you make your purchase.

Returns:  At this time, WhereSheGoes does not accept returns. Exchanges may be possible in special circumstances.

Our Products are not from a factory:  Our Products are Handcrafted and we deem each one Perfectly Imperfect.   We try to make sure that our photos accurately reflect the color and detail of each item. However, due to the differences in monitor and device settings, there may be a slight difference in the product that is received.
